Remote support: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM (by appointment only, booked via the UFIRST platform)

To book an appointment, students need to download the Ufirst app on their mobile phone. This app allows you to select the office and schedule an appointment. The system will display available times, and you simply choose your preferred slot. Outside of the hours listed above, you can still book a remote appointment through Ufirst.

Once you've booked your appointment via the Ufirst app, the system will send two notifications to remind you: the first will arrive the day before your appointment, and the second 30 minutes beforehand.

Even non-enrolled individuals should use the Ufirst app to book an appointment.

Forms that do not require a duty stamp can be sent via email. Please specify the reason for your request in the subject line.
